Our idea candidate has the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register and corresponding system and has excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.

Assist customers with purchase decisions Maintain knowledge of items currently available to customers Conduct the cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transaction Ability to operate a POS system Follow proper cash handling procedures Maintain a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others Ascertain and resolve customer concerns, requests, and/or complaints in a timely, courteous and informed manner Cleaning plates, pots, pans, utensils for dishwashing, and preparing takeaway packages for customers Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns Accepting or rejecting ingredients from suppliers Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen Skills and
Qualifications:
Attention to detail Customer service experience Strong written and verbal skills Skill using computer software programs including point of sale systems Highly motivated self-starter, a hard worker with a high energy level; a doer with a willingness to work hands-on in assisting customers and staff Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures Ability to initiate and build relationships with customers Works well independently and in a group setting, a true team player Ability to maintain a high level of poise and professionalism in all circumstances Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift Physical endurance to work long shifts in a busy environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
