Retail Shift Manager
Be part of a winning team! Ron Jon Surf Shop is currently seeking a full time Retail Shift Manager! This role works front line sales setting the example for our team as a team leader, displaying good salesmanship and positive customer interactions, helps manage the sales floor, back of house functions and acts as fill in store management.
This position requires strong communication skills, work ethic and leadership skills.
A positive and professional demeanor is required.
This position has a 40 hour a week with 2 consecutive days off.
