We strive to take care of our patient's dental needs in the most ethical and efficient manner with extra effort given to customer service and quality dental care.
We are specifically looking for an individual who is reliable, able to multitask, and self-motivated.
We also are seeking someone who is not afraid to learn new things, can retain information quickly, and a team player who holds patient care as a main priority.
Main job duties include the following:
Checking patients in/out for appointments Formulating copays Insurance verification Scheduling patients Scanning and importing specialist reports Answering multiple phone lines along with triaging phone calls Completing any other various office duties as assigned by the Office Manger The position is will be a full-time position Monday-Friday from 7:
30am - 4pm.
This position is a clinical position and is not your average receptionist position, you would be required to learn dental terminology and certain aspects of dental procedures.
We are a family oriented business and we are all a part of a team looking to improve our community's dental health.
Dental/Medical experience required and but will train a star candidate.
