INTRODUCTION TO ROLE An independent, take-charge professional is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies across an assigned portfolio.
Must have the ability to meet tight deadlines with little supervision and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
The Regional Marketing Manager should have a passion for helping the assigned portfolio, increase their relevance in today's increasingly digital world, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional and be able to build relationships with all properties, vendors, and partners.
The position is responsible for marketing budget management and associated revenue for each entity.
This position can be fully remote, hybrid, or in Ocean City, MD.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Entrepreneurial mindset with effective communication skills, both written and verbal Strong understanding of Google Analytics, social media, and Email Marketing Strong project management skills; able to work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality results; deadline- and detail-oriented.

Regional Marketer over the assigned portfolio, their region, guests, and amenities Responsible for the creation and management of portfolio strategic marketing playbook, marketing budget, and associated key performance indicators Responsible for all Marketing request forms generated from the portfolio and provides timely feedback and updates on assignments.
Creates open and dynamic dialogue between operations and marketing for the most effective communication of all marketing requests and needs.
Strategically advises on which marketing channels would best deliver results, including making spend-per-channel recommendations.
Oversees all marketing channels per assigned region of properties - email, digital, social, PR, blog content topics, photo/video shoots, graphic design, etc.
and provides month-over-month analytics and ROI reports Responsible for oversight of the creation, design, and execution of all marketing materials associated with the assigned portfolio Supports execution of brand initiatives and strategies; thinks creatively and outside of the box to initiate fresh, compelling, and creative concepts.
Abides by brand standards in the development of all campaigns and materials.
Provides direction and content, and approvals for social media to outsourced marketing partners on a complete monthly calendar basis Ability to create ads and/or provides instructions for rectifying monthly social ad spending to outsourced vendors.
Responsible for curation and management of on-property photo/video needs including shot list creation, channel specifications, and coordination of scheduling for any vendor stays/needs while on-site Research geographic and demographic information of assigned portfolio and creates plans for new tactics and media buys.
Identifies and contributes best practices, new technologies, and initiatives to the overall marketing team Visit each assigned property 1x/a year Performs other duties as assigned Provides regular and reliable attendance WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH The Regional Marketing Manager reports to the Regional Marketing Director.
WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in marketing, Arts, Graphics, Communication, or a related field Multi-property, multi-store or regional experience in marketing or digital marketing Minimum of 3 years of experience with integrative marketing technologies PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT This is a largely sedentary role; however, frequent sitting or standing is required.
The ability to read and interpret writing in color is required.
Must use dexterity to operate computers and related tools.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
