Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers including craft cocktails - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales - Monitor customer intake of alcohol and intervene as needed - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service - Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred -Mixologist trained and certified preferred - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Strong sales skills and ability to upsell products - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change If you are a friendly, customer-oriented individual with a passion for the food industry, we would love to have you join our team as a Bartender.
