We are looking to expand our team with high-energy self-motivated individuals with enthusiasm for the pursuit of excellence in the position of Assistant Dockmaster.
Applicants would serve as a dock staff supervisor.
Aiding in training and setting daily assignments and ensuring their execution with a hands-on approach.
The Assistant Dockmaster often serves as the initial contact for arriving customers; displaying great manors and exceptional customer service is required.
The ability to multi-task is essential given the dynamic nature of the work environment.
A person seeking this position should be able to lift 40lbs, walk long distances and be willing and able to work weekends, summer holidays, and evenings.
Previous boating or dock experience is helpful but not necessary.
