The vacation rental industry is a fast paced, customer service oriented business.
This person should be knowledgeable about Ocean City, MD and the surrounding areas.
Long term housing is currently in short supply in our area.
Please do not apply unless you live in the area or already have housing secured in the area.
Rental team duties will include but are not limited to:
Customer and client relations Making reservations Check ins and outs Payment collection Addressing customer issues Answering phone calls Greeting customers Clerical duties (scanning, filing, etc In addition to having customer service experience, applicants should posses the following skills:
Knowledge of various computer programs (email, internet usage, word processing software) Excellent written and verbal skills Time management skills Ability to work in a team environment Normal business hours are 9AM to 5PM and applicant should be available for all weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Two days off are provided during the week.
This is a full time, year round position.
Real Estate experience is not required, but is a benefit.
Fluency in English is required.
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Competitive pay based on experience and skill set.
We can provide Real Estate licensing classes.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
