We are seeking a Coordinator with an entrepreneurial spirit that is eager to contribute to a rapidly growing company. Job Summary

The Laundry and Housekeeping Coordinator supports the Operations Manager to organize and implement linen and housekeeping processes and functions to include scheduling, dispatching, record keeping, training, and other administrative functions. This important role coordinates the logistics of building and organizing effective housekeeping and laundry teams for our 500 vacation rental units.


  • Team Leadership experience working in high volume linen or housekeeping services
  • Scheduling, delegating, problem solving expertise
  • At least one year of customer service experience required
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Personal vehicle with valid license and insurance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data base knowledge
  • Strong organizational and oral/ written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
